Happy Birthday to Jammie

We had Grandma Jammie over for dinner, cake and a movie for her Birthday. The dinner, cake, and company were good, but the movie was stupid.

Fathers and Sons Campout

Every year the church has a Fathers and Sons Camp out. This is the first year that Ryan and Jacob were able to go. Ryan took my dad and our next door neighbor Tim and his little boy Lucas.

Playing in the Sprinklers

The big kids were playing in the sprinklers and Ryan decided to join them. When the baby woke up from his nap. I stripped him down thinking he would enjoy playing in the sprinklers, but I was wrong. He just stood there and cried so daddy took pity on him and picked him up.

Hailey's First Science Project

Hailey's first science project was a family affair Ryan helped her write the Bio on her self and I helped her get it all backed and on the board. But Hailey was really sick so she didn't get to participate in the Science fair at school. So no pictures of that.

Mothers Day and Hailey's Birthday

My Hailey was born 2 days before Mothers day 7 years ago. It just doesn't seem possible that my baby girl is already 7. I started to feel bad that she's always going to have to share her Birthday with Mothers day, but she seemed to enjoy it, she climbed in bed with me and waited for daddy to serve us breakfast in bed, and told Jacob "It's mommy and I's special day" We didn't have a big birthday party this year. After church every body met at my house, and we celebrated Hailey's birthday and mother's day.

Hailey and the boys have been sharing a room because she didn't want to sleep by her self but lately she has been sleeping in her old room on the sofa. So Ryan and I decided for her birthday we'd get her a new loft bed. She really wanted a pink room but I couldn't talk Ryan into painting one of the rooms pink. So he had the idea to move her into the green room. So my folks kept her over night with the excuse of an extra special birthday time with Grandma and Pappy and we did a room swap and my neighbor Renee came over and helped me paint pink flowers on the wall and Ryan's sisters came over and helped us put the rooms back together. When we got home Saturday night we just told her she couldn't go in because that's where her present was hiding. And she's always begging us to sleep out in the living room on the couch so we put her on the couch. The next morning when she got up she noticed the switch and said Hey where's my stuff. Ryan told her we just did a little redecorating. Right before church we let her go in we blind folded her and everything. I was so excited. And when we let her see she got so excited she skipped across the room and said something like this is the best present ever.
